I initially contacted Monty for information about available rates when taking out a mortgage and he was very responsive and helpful. Though i ultimately went with mortgages with my primary bank I have kept abreast of the market via the ongoing updates I get from Monty and the team and have used that informaiton to my benefit on several occasions.
