Neil Gilles !! This guy is top notch. I was in a bad deal with another local mortgage company. After an offer was accepted on a house they changed my terms multiple times. Increasing the intrest rate, increasing down payment, increasing thier fees and "points" , then they missed the closing date. It was a real nightmare. I was losing my dream home.
