This was the worst experience, she started strong and was helpful but once the first couple of days went by and she had the info she needed she became difficult and rude. Very hard to reach, could not even send a text explaining she was busy, waited 14 days for a reply. I do not recommend this company let alone this broker to assist in your home purchase.
After contacting a different mortgage company whose service left alot to be desired, we contacted Donna at Mortgage Market. Donna is the best! She worked hard to get us the loan for our new home and stayed in constant contact during the entire process. She went out of her way to answer any and all questions at what seemed like any time of the day. Mortgage Market will be used again in the future by us and we will recommend them to anyone else.
