I called the business just to verify that they were a reputable company due to fraud on the rise. The receptionist was very professional and answered all of my questions. Contrary to my last experience a couple years ago, with another company this company should earn the respect and use of others in the industry.
First time home buyer. Over priced appraisal, $600 when average is $300 in my area. Took two weeks for appraiser to get out, and still no report after 5 days. Took over 25 days to get report in.
