Glendon is fantastic. My wife and I just purchased a townhome - Glendon was able to get us a 3.0% interest rate and we closed in just 16 calendar days. It doesn't get any better than that. Best was his walk through video with voice over for a full understanding of my proposed loan at my finger tips and on my time when I was ready to review. I told him where I was at monthly and where I wanted to be, a few days later I had options to meet my goals. He saved me years off of my loan without even increasing my payment. The application/approval took me less than 30m to submit and saved me xx years in payments. Simple and Amazing.
