Later: I mistakenly left this nasty review (see below) on Mortgage Link Services when it was intended for THE MORTGAGE LINK, a business completely unaffiliated and separate from Mortgage Link Services. The businesses have very similar names and both are located in Maryland; I didn't realize that I was posting on the wrong website.
