10+++ stars from me. I am terrible at licensing and navigating the NMLS system (I mean terrible). Nick Pribble is unbelievably patient and understating. He returns emails quickly and is beyond helpful when dealing with licensing. Im grateful for his knowledge, without him I am lost! Outstanding customer service. Thank you Nick!
Recently used this vendor to license a mortgage branch in WA. Communication was very bad, they waited a week to even submit the form after promising an earlier date. They also claimed to "have a contact at WA DFI" to move the licensing process forward faster, which was a complete fabrication. At the very end, after not replying to emails for days at a time, they claimed to have "called in a favor" to get my license approved.
