We found our mortgage broker Eric Palmer, from a Google search, and after reading other people's reviews, we met in person to begin the process. Eric asks lots of questions and provided a detailed summary after our meeting, which was very helpful. Our first offer on a house didn't work out, so we had to keep looking. Last Spring of 2024, we completed the sale and purchase of a new home. Eric helped us along the way with figuring out what our household expenses would be, calculated our affordability at the new home, helped us set aside adequate funds to complete some renovations, as well as helped us set aside money for our tax bill.
