Had to return 3 times because they couldn't get the correct figures. They paid me for 1 trip.
Zero stars. Notary sent me a text message about midnight. He arrived late to the meeting too. And they messed up, I have to go back to another meeting. The letter they sent me is disrespectful, Dear Borrower? Is that professional? And they don't know what they're talking about. I don't have to physically mail the check. I can deposit it in person.
DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY if you are a signing agent. They do not want to pay their notaries their fees. THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO YOU!
I have been working with Bubbs and her team for years and they always come through. I was in a pinch on last minute file, they picked it up and closed it in a couple days. Thank you and don't hesitate to use them!
Don't use this company when selling a home! I am still waiting for someone to respond via email or cell (numerous times reached out) about returning my money they kept for water and sewage that was already paid in full by me. They don't return phone messages or email. DO NOT USE!!! Still waiting for them to respond.
