This outfit is a complete disappointment. The financial agents never respond to multiple calls, e-mails and they keep you hanging for months without follow up. My first refinance experience with them three years ago was excellent and I even recommended them to many of my friends and relatives, however last year I tried to refinance again but I was given the run around in spite of my 800+ credit score.
