We had a wonderful experience with mortgage express. Alvin yousif was awesome from day1. He worked to get us a great deal with cash back on our refinance. We got a better deal than our bank was offering. Alvin was there anytime to answer questions and help us through the whole process. he has even checked in after. I highly recommend them! And ask for Alvin.
The ladies that helped me were amazing! They stayed on top of things, answered my crazy questions even if I asked more than once because I forgot the answer. They were patient and kind, and rockstar cheerleaders when I was finding docs for underwriting! 10/10 definitely recommend!!
