We applied for a mortgage pre-approval with Jay. He texted us that he was working on it and asked what our goals were. We know he ran a credit check because I monitor my credit through Equifax so I’m notified when anyone runs an inquiry. Then he ghosted us. We texted him again for a response, and no reply.
