Getting my loan seemed to go okay, they wanted a ton of extra information I didn’t feel was necessary. Fast forward to the present, guild does not allow the mortgage payment to be paid in two half’s throughout the month. It has to be paid in full every month which I don’t understand what the big problem is with making two payments that equal the total amount rather than one payment.
