Tom went above and beyond when setting up my pre-approval and home loan and made sure the process went smoothly every step of the way. He was so patient and kind, and was always there to answer any questions or concerns I had. Tom even helped me get a better interest rate when I refinanced. I can’t say enough good things about Tom.
