I am very impressed with very good customer servicefor opening my bank account from this bank especially Patricio is friendly, competent and given the ability to help. Everyone there is so welcoming and they make me feel like an important customer. I really do appreciate for their mind service and help me to get a new bank account with their bank.
Horrible customer service. Wanted to charge me $8 to cash a check drawn on their bank. Biggest scam I have ever seen. Will never use BOA again. Cancelled my CC immediately.
