Needs more staff. Slowest service. Line of 6 people on a Monday morning, took 30+ minutes to get some change. Also, drive thru telling was closed, no lanes open.
Q mal trato de la perdona q me atendió en la entrada,hablándome en inglés cuando le dije q no hablaba solo español y después de hacer mi fila y llegar mi turno me dijo q no me podía atender y volvió a hacerlo en inglés luego de explicarle q no hablaba en inglés y ella seguía insistiendo,cuando le dio su gana y se dio cuenta q no podía responderle entonces fue q me hablo en español,q falta de respeto hacia un usuario
A teller in this branch is not very friendly. I tried to deposit some cash and asked her to use the machine to count it. She said it's my money and I have to count it myself. I forgot to bring my reading glasses with me and could not see the deposit slip well. She was inpatient in answering my questions.
