I’ve been waiting at this bank location for over 30 minutes for a scheduled meeting. The person I was supposed to meet has still not arrived and only mentioned being stuck in traffic. Keeping a customer waiting this long without proper communication or an alternative arrangement is very frustrating and unprofessional. Unfortunately, this reflects poor time management and customer service at this location.
