20 plus people waiting in line. One teller open that prioritizes business clients. I wish they would hire some people already and stop closing branches down. All while the branch manager is walking around doing nothing other than talking with people in the line and thanking them for their patience. The manager should help out the tellers if not busy or doing anything productive. I think it's time to switch banks after 20 years!
