Avoid at all costs if you plan to buy a house, Zarina is the worst banker I've ever had the displeasure of having to work with. Giving 5 hour deadlines, and then not answering questions, or phonecalls. Nice job. Go to any other boa or bank.
They open an hour after the normal work day begins and close an hour before the normal work day ends, so the majority of the working class can't access them. I show up at 4 to find their doors locked, which isn't usually a big deal considering the drive-thru hours run later. I pull in to the drive-thru and they have a sign posted that they've completely gotten rid of the drive-thru options in exchange for the full service 24 HR atm, which they've had for years, but now all of a sudden having a convenient drive-thru with appe... read more
