I am currently working on finding a different Bank. This one has WAY too many hidden fees. Plus the staff at Pearl pearl St. Location are pretty lazy, when there's 12-15 people in line you should have more then one window/teller open. You can clearly see 3-4 other people sitting in the back doing nothing but talking and enjoying their coffee and doughnut.
