Hands down one of the worst banking experiences of my life! After 20 plus years of banking with Bank of America, I'm happy to say I've severed all ties. Nothing but constant issues and poor customer service. Trust me, even the process of closing out your accounts is challenging, let alonr time consuming. If you ever try and get print outs of your banking statements, they will make it so challenging that you'll give up. I requested a years worth of printouts, due to fraud within my accounts.
