I've known John for many years, so when I started having issues with the loan officer initially doing my refi, I gave him a call for a consultation. I was so stoked when he was able to secure me a rate that was significantly lower than the one the initial loan officer was jockeying. We just finished a refi on our home and it could not have been more simple! We spoke with John Werner a couple of months ago looking for a certain rate, never really thinking it would go that low, and out of nowhere we receive a call when the rates dropped to what we wanted. John immediately jumped on it for us and started the ball rolling so we could have all the required info ready to go. This was my first time purchasing a house and John Werner walked me through the entire process in a clear, honest and sincere way. John is a stand up guy and in my world that means that a man does everything he says he's going to do. He assured me that he could get a better rate than I was looking at and did. John Werner is wonderful and patient. I sold my home without a realtor and the buyers were first time buyers. John worked with them for six months for the process to be completed, because the buyers kept changing their minds. I would recommend him as the go to person to buy a home.
