Mark Prisby is great to work with! He is immediately on top of everything & kept in constant communication with updates! I know it will make my job easier when my buyers are working with Mark!
Mortgage 1 does not work well with others. Demanding documents when they know it takes time to bind insurance policies (only gave 30 minutes to bind an insurance policy during a lunch hour). It's not goof business practice to push business away from a clients current insurance agency. I'll make sure to let everyone I know not to work with this mortgage company.
I wanted to share that I recently had the opportunity to work on a transaction with Spencer Aiello at Mortgage One. I was only involved on the insurance side of the process. I have always heard amazing things about Spenser from my colleagues and have seen several positive posts about her on Facebook recently. I truly believe that people should be recognized for their hard work, so I wanted to give him a well-deserved shout-out!
