I wanted to share that I recently had the opportunity to work on a transaction with Spencer Aiello at Mortgage One. I was only involved on the insurance side of the process. I have always heard amazing things about Spenser from my colleagues and have seen several positive posts about her on Facebook recently. I truly believe that people should be recognized for their hard work, so I wanted to give him a well-deserved shout-out! My experience at first was good. But when I was having personal problems and went back to customer service was horrendous. My loan officer neric, call back or answered text

Janet at Mortgage 1 was so great to work with from beginning to end. We were having an issue getting our home loan through Flag Star and the process was stressful to say the least and taking forever to the point that I don’t think it was going to happen. Once we dropped them and got with Janet the process went so smoothly we received a closing date within two weeks. I had the pleasure of working with Joseph Randall. I physically cannot put into words, how amazing he and his team were to my wife and I. They were available for what felt like 24 hour la a day. He had an incredible wealth of knowledge on home buying and financials. And most importantly, i felt like he focused on getting us into the best situation possible and not just making a sale.
