A licensed contractor was used at the time. within one year the indoor coil failed. The contractor replaced the coil under warranty. The contractor chose not to charge labor because the failure occurred so quickly. This was generous of him because the warranty was "parts only." Roughly 18 months later the indoor coil failed again.
