Horrible customer service. The lady called me on Friday at 11:30 to verify my insurance for Monday’s appointment while my appointment was scheduled 2.5 weeks in advance. When I asked for an option to take care of it on Monday because I am currently at work, she said it was impossible and she could just cancel the appointment for me. Then she got frustrated and hanged up on me. I will definitely never use their services.
Messed up a crown in my wife's mouth and wont fix it. then decided they would no longer accept her as a patient.
I would give zero stars if I could. This group is horrible, both locations. If you value your teeth, then stay away. Between the two locations they have ruined my teeth to the point of needing implants! They are Extremely rude, condescending, liars,and billing is off the charts wrong(they do what they want and your left with the bill bc insurance won't pay anymore)The assistant actually told the dentist I told her to "f" off! Just floored! Like being in the twilight zone. Horrible! THE worst, experience! Stay away!
I love love love them!! I will never go to another dentist office. Awsome prices and awesome staff. I had a 430 appointment yesterday to have 4 fillings done, and didn't get out to almost 6 bc I have tmj and it was hard to keep my mouth opened long. They set with me, they let me rest for like e minutes between each filling, and no one ever got aggravated with me or anything. I will def. Mortenson family Dental is a great Dental office! Everyone is so friendly and caring. You are greeted with a smile and treated like family. There are four hygienists and each one is fantastic! I love the relationship and trust I have built with my hygienist. Both Dr. Sparks and Dr. Mortenson are completely professional, gentle, and great at what they do. I will definitely be back.
We are so grateful for everyone at the Shepherdsville office! The ladies are welcoming & helpful at the counter. I especially love the girls who do the cleanings and x-rays. They are gentle & informative. I am amazed at how they build relationships with their patients & remember the little details about their teeth & sensitivities. So I just had my 6 months check up last week , I was told that my gums in bad shape and I need deep cleaning " I brush my teeth , floss and use mouth wash I floss everyday twice a day " , so I did consent on top of my insurance claim " $ 1117 " I got to pay almost $ 300 out of pocket expense. First let me start by saying I had not been to the dentist in a very long time. Needless to say..I was bit frightened about going to the dentist. At Mortenson's the fear left me pretty quickly. The staff is absolutely amazing!! So polite, comforting, and informative. You can tell they strive to make sure you know you are important to them. Dr. Berger is great!
