We have been fortunate to have been working with Sharon for 15 years, and she is priceless! Mortensen CPA is the best! I cannot recommend them enough!
Hideous customer service. We were clients several years ago and initially liked her work and her office staff. We decided to return to try retain her for future tax seasons (because her work was high quality) and have received nothing but atrocious service form her staff. Maybe this proves that sticking with bigger CPA firms is better.
