Doctors are great. Reception is rude.
Ditched me years ago as I didn’t attend frequently enough and just recently ditched the rest of my family. What a terrible way to run a doctors. If you are a hypochondriac, this is the place for you otherwise, prepare to look for a new doctor.
Had a great experience for the 8 yrs I seen them I didn't go for 12months wanted my newborn twins seen as monaha is a great dr for babies and they said I'm not longer a patient and my files been frozen. Didn't realise I was in a membership like agreement and than if I didn't attend I'd loose my family dr ... bad service bad customer service . That's not how you treat patients
Excellent Medical Practice, my family have been going for many years. Throughout this time, the friendly reception, staff and doctors have been nothing but accommodating and knowledgeable. I’ve noticed some negative feedback because they aren’t taking new patients, they are full to capacity?! This is a testament to how good they are! Also a big thumbs up to Denise, the child Psychologist working within the practice, she has been invaluable to my daughter’s mental health.
