Their customer service leaves much to be desired. Ordered a sample of the 2" mortarnet with insect barrier. Then when we placed and received the order of 300 ft, it was completely different! The vendor we ordered through was shocked as well. Apparently since being acquired by Keene, they completely changed the design of mortar net and did not tell their vendors or their customers. The "new" version is trash! The open weave does not catch mortar as well and the insect barrier is completely pointless and half the time detaches... read more
