They haven't answered my calls all week. Avoid them if you don't want to be frustrated
I cant even reach out to them. Their automated phone does not work correctly. I cant reach anyone. "Please wait while your call is being transferred" hear one ring and silence. I tried calling multiple times. Is this company even in operation?
If I could give zero stars, I would. For the past two days, I have been trying to cancel a policy due to the property being sold. The parent company is AM Trust Financial and Morstan General Agency is the local agent. The customer service at AM Trust Financial told me to reach out to the local agent to cancel.
