This is the worst automated phone system I have ever dealt with.. It does not give any options to reach anyone unless you have a name for the person you are trying to reach. Why not allow a choice of sections or departments?
No customer service
They haven't answered my calls all week. Avoid them if you don't want to be frustrated
I cant even reach out to them. Their automated phone does not work correctly. I cant reach anyone. "Please wait while your call is being transferred" hear one ring and silence. I tried calling multiple times. Is this company even in operation?
