If I could give zero stars, I would. For the past two days, I have been trying to cancel a policy due to the property being sold. The parent company is AM Trust Financial and Morstan General Agency is the local agent. The customer service at AM Trust Financial told me to reach out to the local agent to cancel. I have experience with Morstan before on an address change and they never called me back on my voicemail, and they do not pick up their phone during business hours. Morstan General Agency along with American European insurance Group are pointing fingers at each other for refusing to respond to my request to cancel my insurance with them. I left two messages and sent three emails to Morstan General Agency all have gone unanswered. American European insurance Group refused to contact Morstan General Agency although I sent proof that I emailed Morstan General Agency three times different dates. Horrible customer service!!! I wanted to clarify where to send payment. The woman who picked up the call, from the moment I asked that, she started raising her voice. I was trying to tell her that I wanted to confirm the address since my mother had been sending payments to the wrong address with her previous payments. The woman refused to hear that part and kept stating how she doesn't have the letter in front of her and that she couldn't help me even when I tried to tell her that I would read it to her. Like all the others say, nobody ever answers the phone or responds to emails. Very unprofessional. I'm never doing business with them again. They don't even have the respect to respond to people who are giving them their hard-earned money. People, find another agency to do business with. Morstan General Agency can kick rocks.
