In a high octane town…. This place is hands down the best food, best service I have experienced in the United States. for small tapas Med style cousine, the staff and owner are fantastic with their service and good energy. Decided to go to Devoted Kiss but it had a 40 minute wait so we walked down the road to Morso for lunch. We were greeted by a kind staff and sat in the outside patio. Our server and other wait staff were very kind and attentive. The food however was the disappointment. I was with someone who enjoyed their seafood soup and salad.
