Some of the staff are rude and unprepared for the job. My wife received poor service and couldn't finalize her driver's license application because the arrogant attendant didn't know what she was doing. If you're a student from another country, you don't have a social security number but you have an F1 visa; you have every right to have your license, it's Ohio law. Absolutely terrible customer service. My number was called, and within literally about 30 seconds, they told me I had “missed” my turn and forced me to take a new number and start the wait all over again. What makes this even more ridiculous is that the previous customer was still standing at the window, my number was STILL displayed on the screen, and they had not even called the next number yet. So apparently I somehow “missed” my turn before the window was even available.

I visited a few weeks ago and unfortunately had a very unpleasant customer service experience. The heavier-set woman with red hair was extremely unprofessional and gave me unnecessary attitude throughout the interaction. She repeatedly shook her head, rolled her eyes, and made dismissive facial expressions, which made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will not be returning.
