I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Morse Moving & Storage. We sold our house in Michigan, placed our belongings in a storage facility, moved to Florida and bought a house. Before we sold our house I contacted three moving companies. Morse gave a us an estimate that was within $300 of the actual cost. They were constantly in contact with me before, during and after the move. SEVERAL ISSUES Vermin and Customer Service Starting storage here was good. This time was in fact the 2nd time I used them. They had the unit that fit my needs. Fast Forward 5 months, I called asking about pro-rating the unit so I wouldn't have to pay for the whole month (payments auto charge on the first) and I would be removing my things by the 8th. Morse Moving and Storage was great! I moved from Michigan to Minnesota, and they were very meticulous and thorough about everything. Despite it being a busy season, they helped make sure that I would get my furniture when I needed it, as long as I informed them within a reasonable time frame. There was good communication before, during, and after the move, and I felt very taken care of. I would use this service again.
