Not nice to younger people. Im 26. When I go in with my grandmother, or anyone older than 50, the service was always nice. They polished my rings for my wedding and I had no problems! But, About a year later when I went in on my own, I needed a few rings sized down because I lost weight. I ve been there on multiple occasions selling gold i would never wear again and leave the store learning something new as well as exchanging our favorite restaurants together! And absolute pleasure to go everytime. Always a fair and accurate appraisal.

We stopped in to see about getting my granddaughter's necklace repaired. (A stone fell out and was lost) The man was super knowledgeable and helpful, told me about the necklace, the stones and the setting. He said he could put in a replacement stone and gave me a very fair price. Super happy with the entire transaction. They didn't even ask for a deposit and both the man, and the woman who wrote everything up couldn't have been any nicer. I'll be going back to shop for myself after the holidays. Great experience.

Lovely jewelry store with friendly prompt professional jewelry repair service while you wait, with more complex work left to pick up later. My son in law has been going there for decades.

I brought some odd pieces of jewelry to sell gold and silver and received a very fair price. Customer service was excellent very friendly. Explained to me current prices of gold and silver so I understood better. All in all experience was very professional and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend.
