Dr was excellent, but the billing end has been an absolute nightmare. We were incorrectly billed, mistakenly sent to collections, and had to go through hell & high water to sort things out. Do not just pay any bill from them!!! Verify with your insurance company!
Dr. Morse was excellent. If we ever had another emergency, I would be happy to see him. He was very calm, decisive, and methodical. However, the billing department is a joke. If you get a big fat bill after they supposedly billed your insurance, DO NOT PAY IT!!! Contact your insurance company first. I don't know if this is some sort of racket or simply an issue with incompetent employees, but they sent me a massive bill that I shouldn't have gotten.
