This has been the worst rental experience I have ever had. I have never experienced anything like this before: improper charges, unjustified harassment, and complete incompetence from both the property manager and the supervisor. They tried to charge me money I did not owe, and getting anything resolved was incredibly frustrating. The pest situation is also unacceptable. I am currently a resident at Morse Gardens and I have experienced many of the same issues mentioned in other reviews. I have had ongoing problems with deposit deductions, unclear charges, delayed responses, and inconsistencies in the accounting of my payments. I am currently working with corporate to resolve these issues. If you are considering moving here, I recommend reviewing all the recent comments and being aware of the management challenges that several residents have reported.

Muy mala experiencia con la administración. Al momento de mudarme entregué el apartamento limpio y en buen estado, pero no quisieron devolverme mi depósito sin dar una explicación clara ni comprobantes detallados de cargos. He intentado comunicarme varias veces para aclarar la situación y no recibí respuesta. La falta de transparencia y responsabilidad con los depósitos es inaceptable. Recomiendo que quienes estén pensando en vivir aquí tengan mucho cuidado, documenten todo y pidan todo por escrito.

Tiene un mal manejo por parte la Manager (Ashley). Nunca esta en la unidad , no cotesta telefonos y sienore tiene una excusa. Retiene los depositos y no dice el porqué, da unas fechas de devolucion y no las cumple. Pesimo servicio. Poor management by the manager (Ashley). She's never at the unit, doesn't answer the phone, and always has an excuse. She withholds deposits without explanation, gives refund dates, and then doesn't meet them. Terrible service.
