I had Morrows install central air at my home this week. Todd and Jeramie did a great job and were very pleasant and professional. My home has a completely finished basement and they took their time running the wires and piping so as not to ruin any of my drop ceiling. I would definitely recommend Morrow’s. Laurie in the office was also very helpful and kept me well informed.
They did a good job with the plumbing, but these scammers charged me a $60 "vehicle fee" to drive 5 minutes from their office to my house in addition to the actual work they did. Like, you can walk over buddy. Your transportation is not my responsibility. A taxi would charge less.
This past Tuesday, my wife informed me we had NO hot water. After checking the CB and waiting a bit, I checked - NO hot water! A trip to the under cottage area where the hot water tank lives revealed a river of water and a ruptured tank. Call to Morrows and Lorie had a crew on the way within the hour. After several hours in a cramped space, Jesse and Graeme had the old tank out and the new tank in. And we had hot water. They'd worked magic.
