Spoke with them about a freezer repair, it was planned they were going to come up on a Friday morning to check it out. The time they said they were going to come at, came and went and I never received a call. After me calling them several times, I finally spoke with the manager and he apologized saying they had an emergency, ok understandable. He rescheduled for following Monday OR Tuesday.
