This townhome is so dishonest. To KEEP the security deposit they simply collect it under the 'admin fee'. This way they do not have to return it. Georgia law requires security deposits to be returned a month after the tenant moves or a full accounting of all deductions taken from it given to tenant which the tenant has the right to then dispute.
