sent me a $50 bill for an appointment they said they couldn’t schedule. Called & asked to schedule an allergy testing visit per referral, they told me they do not do allergy testing, proceeded to make an appointment I had no knowledge of. im not paying your $50.

Dr. Syed is full of himself, condescending, and does not care about patient wellbeing. My first appointment was good and I felt confident in his practices. I had struggled with lasting dizziness and ear and nasal issues post-covid, along with a variety of other painful and bothersome symptoms. He performed a hearing test, and ultimately concluded I had vestibular neuritis from the virus. He told me it should resolve in 3-4 months and if it didn't, to come back to reassess the situation. Doctor Syed, please stop rushing through the patient visit. I felt as though I was being quickly pushed through, even though I had questions about my sons condition. This was his third visit, 1st two with Dr. Morrow and the first two answered all questions, gave specific instructions and weren't rushed through, as your visit felt. Diagnosis of seems ok, your good to go, isn't what I'd call, a) professional and b) no instructions, other than don't wear headphones. Just felt very rushed and assembly line like.
