I had a very frustrating experience trying to schedule an appointment with this office. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rushed and put me on hold for over 10 minutes. The call eventually dropped, so I had to call back. When I called again, she was noticeably rude and immediately said she was the only person answering phones, then put me right back on hold without any effort to assist me. sent me a $50 bill for an appointment they said they couldn’t schedule. Called & asked to schedule an allergy testing visit per referral, they told me they do not do allergy testing, proceeded to make an appointment I had no knowledge of. im not paying your $50.
Dr. Syed is full of himself, condescending, and does not care about patient wellbeing. My first appointment was good and I felt confident in his practices. I had struggled with lasting dizziness and ear and nasal issues post-covid, along with a variety of other painful and bothersome symptoms. He performed a hearing test, and ultimately concluded I had vestibular neuritis from the virus. He told me it should resolve in 3-4 months and if it didn't, to come back to reassess the situation.
