Avoid at all costs what I believe is a low tiered law firm. Took a personal injury case that evolved into a death case in 2015 and 9 years later no end in sight. Refused to sign with them since their “star witness” is a convicted felon and deadbeat “father”. Attorney lied and filed a fraudulent statement to the Nueces County Probate Court stating the Estate had no assets in order to quickly pursue the lucrative death case.
