Frank's been there every time that I've needed him... including Easter. Fast, reliable, and reasonable. Definitely recommend him.
Cost $65 for him to look and say he can't do anything
Frank was very pleasant to deal with. I needed to have an old outdoor lamp post replaced, including digging a new hole and cementing it in. He gave me a ballpark estimate of between $175.00 and $275.00 over the phone. He showed up as scheduled on one of the hottest days of the year. Not only did he do an excellent job on the replacement but he made at least two trips to my backyard to dig more dirt to complete the job to his satisfaction.
