My son attended this school for approximately 9 months. In that time there have been numerous teachers in and out of the school, school closings due to staff shortages (literally right after drop off and heading to work) , gas leaks (not sure why there is gas in a daycare) , and many parents and ex staff communicating threats to the point the door code was changed numerous times and security had to be hired to be on site. the teachers always seem nice office staff as well. I am very pleased with Kindercare Morrisville. My daughter has been going since she was 4 months old and has been attached to Ms. Shavonda ever since. My daughter is 2 years old now. They truly treat her like family. I'm truly grateful for the staff. They have gone beyond Exceptional for me and my family. My car happened to break down right the parking lot of the daycare and without hesitation Mrs. Catina gave me and my two other kids a ride to our destination. They are truly like a second family.
They canceled one day of school bcuz there was no teacher. I called to get a refund they said my child account was credited BUT she no longer goes there and I put in a weeks notice already. It’s hard to deal with management because they lack basic common sense. And please stop charging $385 for two year old class, every daycare around charge less and have live streaming and provide diapers. The two stars were because of the teachers. Management needs to wiped out. I’m not surprised they are severely short staffed.

Our experience with Morrisville KinderCare has been exceptional. The management staff and the teachers have been amazingly kind and professional. This set our mind at ease, especially as first time parents enrolling our infant son. The facility itself is nice, safe, and conveniently located, especially if you live in the Morrisville/West Cary area. We highly recommend this daycare!
