I had an appointment for an MRI on 3/6 at 7:15am, scheduled by Natasha. Having taken a half-day off from work, when I arrived at the facility on 111 Madison Avenue, I was told by an employee (an African-American female whose name I did not get) that they would not be able to accept me as the appointment was made at a time when no doctor was available to give me the injection required for it.
