Went in after a traumatic extreme massage to my head and neck caused vertigo and spasms and wast treated with complete gentleness, understanding, dignity and care. They gently talked to me about my fears about reactions the drugs they wanted me to take or testing, they respected my choices and my fears, but after the brilliant PA clearly explained the process and effects I took it and am glad I did. I felt HEARD and respected by him and everyone there. Thank you so so so much to all of you!
With my daughter who in severe pain in ER. Waiting several hours. My daughter’s pain increased, she became sweaty and said that she was going to pass out. I told the nurse, who appeared apathetic and said that my daughter would need to wait. Don’t come to this ER if you are really sick!
