MDS dispatchers listen to what you want in a driving career. If you want to be out all month or Monday-Friday. They have went above and beyond for me and my family's schedule! Once you start here and get to know everyone, you'll never want to drive for any other company!

Worked here for over 6 months now. They have more than welcomed & accommodated me, my family, & my home life. No company is perfect & there are always gonna be those days when things dnt go your way, but thts truck driving. MDS is an absolute GREAT place for anyone to work. Whether you’re the person fresh out of school, the person with 30+ yrs of experience, & everyone in between, they will give 110% effort in making sure the Drivers & their families are first. I’ll always be grateful of the opportunity.
Worked there in 2013 left due to being left sitting. Went back 3 months ago nothing has changed.
