Excellent communication was the key to a great sales experience. Lack of integrity and lies: Watching how my friend was treated has made me rethink dealing with this agency. They were promised a deal, even increasing their offer to secure it, and were told to expect to sign within days. Then the property was sold to someone else at the last minute. It’s okay to sell to another buyer — it’s not okay to pretend you’re about to exchange contracts and then do that. Doesn’t inspire much trust in this agent’s word or their process. We are only as good as our word.
