Had a system installed, worked perfectly for 6 months or so, had a pump go out, replaced pump at no cost to me, said he would consider it defective because it went out so quickly. Have had no other issues since 2012. Might have changed the pump once since then. Great people, great service, & Mr. Morrison is a great guy. Enjoyed doing business with them.
Overpriced and don't do the job correctly. Had them out to my house 3 different times to fix a problem and 2 of the times the solution was "the screen needs to be cleaned and it need to be pumped..." twice in a year with a system that should only need to be pumped once every 2-3 at most leaving me with an over $300 bill each of those times. Same problem happened yet again and got another company out, Williams Septic Solutions, and they came after dark and stayed until after 10 at night to fix it properly.
