If I could give less than a star, I would have. I have textured hair. The hairdresser gave me a lob that came out very boxy. She did not section the hair when she cut. She failed to style it after the cut. I paid full price and I left with a wet hair as a result. I was very disappointed with the lack of knowledge of different hair types and textures. You do not open a store in the heart of Elgin Street to work with a certain clientele and not others.
Hairstylist that care. They always take their time and pride in their work. Very flexible and can get appointments rather quickly. Highly recommended.
