The doors to our refrigerator came in damaged when it was delivered. We waited for almost 5 months for the doors to finally come in. We wouldn’t get a follow up call and they wouldn’t answer any of my calls. They finally came to install the new doors and the technician they sent didn’t know how to replace the tablet on the door. He called the office to send someone else that does know how to do it and they had nobody available. This place sucks for delivery and tipical El Paso an attitude. They don't care. Born and raised in El Paso, I know the attitude very well. El Paso in general sucks for delivery but this place takes the cake.
Good customer service. Lots of displays to help with ideas. Not a cheap place, but good quality products.
Should be 0 star. Terrible customer service from Frank Estrada who represents this company.
