The sales associate did not provide a positive shopping experience. Inadequate pricing was given. She was not consistent with pricing from one conversation to the next. She made no attempt to stay within our budget, which was presented up front, & made no attempt to save us money. Since they didn’t have the bathtub we wanted in stock, they substituted an inferior ( in my opinion) tub without so much as a phone call to either our builder or us. A number of the prices were high.
